Paint correction is one of the most technical detailing processes we offer. It involves carefully removing microscopic layers of clear coat to eliminate swirl marks, scratches, and oxidation. At RINSED, every correction begins with a paint-depth reading to ensure safety. We then mask sensitive trim and choose the proper combination of pad and compound based on paint hardness and defect level.
Our single-stage correction restores roughly 70 % of gloss, while two- or three-stage processes achieve near-perfect reflection. Each pass is followed by a panel wipe to inspect progress under LED and sunlight. The final polish leaves the surface crystal clear, ready for sealant or ceramic coating.
This level of correction transforms dull, weathered paint into a flawless mirror finish — often better than showroom condition — and forms the base for long-term protection.
