Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Rinsed Car Wash and Auto Detailing Ltd is not responsible for, and shall have no liability relating to, the acts or omissions of wireless carriers.
Factors that may affect message delivery include network availability, carrier-level filtering, device compatibility, and temporary service disruptions.
By opting in, you acknowledge these limitations and agree that neither Rinsed Car Wash and Auto Detailing Ltd nor any wireless carrier shall be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by delays or non-delivery of SMS messages.
YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO OPT IN TO ANY SMS PROGRAM OPERATED BY RINSED CAR WASH AND AUTO DETAILING LTD.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Surrey, British Columbia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via notice on our website or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
